Rental Policy

Rental Agreement
-Avoid Extra Fees by bringing the machine back full of proper fuel, having the machine clean, and ensuring sufficient funds are available with your payment method.
1. The total charges are an estimate based on the estimated rental period and other information provided Customer.
2. Customer assumes all risks associated with the Equipment during the Rental Period, including injury and damage to person, property and the Equipment
3. Customer is responsible for an shall only permit properly trained, Authorized Individuals to us the Equipment
4. If the equipment does not operate properly, is not suitable for Customers intended use, does not have operating safety instructions or Customer has any questions regarding use of the Equipment, Customer shall not use the Equipment and shall contact H2 Equipment LLC
immediately.
5. Equipment misuse or using damaged or malfunctioning Equipment may result in serious bodily injury or death and Customer agrees that Customer (i) assumes all risk associated thereunder, and (ii) indemnifies H2 EQUIPMENT LLC for all claims or damages as a result of misuse or use of damaged or malfunctioning Equipment.
6. Customer has received, read, understands and agrees to the estimated charges and all the terms on this page.
7. Customers must contact H2 EQUIPMENT LLC to request pickup of Equipment, if Equipment is not being delivered to H2 EQUIPMENT LLC via Customer.
8. Customer is allotted 8 hour meter hours per Day, overages will be billed accordingly
9. Customers are aware pictures have been taken prior to rent of Equipment, Pictures are documentation of
Equipment condition prior to rental.
10. Customer is responsible for cleaning, refueling, and damages
11. Customer to provide CC or valid blank check for security deposit.
